After Performing her song "Part of Me" at the 54th Grammy Awards last week all Katy Perry had to do was sit back and watch the song debut at number one on The Billboard Hot 100 list. This makes Perry one of only 20 artist, in the 53 year history of the charts, to reach this feat. Perry joins the likes of Michael Jackson, Mariah Carrey, Eminem, and Lady Gaga among others. This also marks Katy Perry's 7th number one off of her teenage dream album. This solidifies her record as the artist with the most number one hits from a single album, beating Michael Jackson's previous record of five.
Like her or not it does not look like Katy Perry is going anywhere anytime soon.
